Our studios in a central location on Kleßheimer Allee in Salzburg impress with their flexibility and comfort. Both the old town of Salzburg and Salzburg’s most beautiful shopping experiences in the “Europark” are in the immediate vicinity.
A bus stop – directly in front of the house – connects you with all points in the city of Salzburg and the surrounding area. You can reach the old town of Salzburg in just a few minutes on bus line 1 or 28.
There are also numerous opportunities for sporting activities in the immediate vicinity. Jogging in the castle park in Kleßheim, cycling to the old town in just a few minutes, Salzburg’s coolest gym in the “Panzerhalle” – there is something for everyone.
Within walking distance you can reach e.g:
The Europark in 5 minutes, the Panzerhalle in 3 minutes, the Red Bull Stadium in 10 minutes, Schloss Kleßheim in 15 minutes and the old town of Salzburg in 25 minutes. Minimum lenght of stay is 1 year. For our studios at Kleßheimer Allee 75 we offer different and flexible rental periods – up to your needs.

Just call us or send the filled out form under “request” to us for reservations. You will receive the availabilities of the apartments with accommodation fees and information for deposit per e-mail from us.
